Subscribing to Release Communications

This article explains how to subscribe to receive release updates in email.

With the fresh look and feel of the Aerial Community, we are also launching a new communication strategy around our releases. After you create your new account, all release communications will be visible on the Release Readiness page of the Aerial Community in the Release Communications feed. To receive these communications to your email inbox, you must subscribe.

To subscribe to email notifications of Aerial Release Communications, complete the following steps: 

1. Go to the Release Readiness page of the Aerial Community and scroll down to the Release Communications Feed.
2. Select Subscribe to communications. 
3. Enter your email address. (Please use your work email address. Personal email addresses will be unsubscribed.)
4. Press enter and look for the "Thanks for subscribing!" message. It will direct you to check your inbox to verify your email address. 
5. Check your email inbox to find the verification email sent from "Aerial Release Communications ([email protected]>". If you do not verify, you will be sent another verification email after a week.
6. From the verification email, select Click here to verify your email.A confirmation page opens in your browser. You have successfully subscribed!
