Getting Started with the Aerial Community

This guide explains how to sign up for and log in to the refreshed Aerial Community:

• If this is your first time using the refreshed Aerial Community, sign up.
• If you already have an account on the refreshed Aerial Community, log in.

Signing Up for the Aerial Community

If this is your first time accessing the refreshed Aerial Community, you must sign up to access documentation, support, and release information.

After you sign up for the Aerial Community, you can also subscribe to Aerial release communications.

To sign up for the Aerial Community, complete the following steps: 

1. Go to the Aerial Community homepage at success.medecision.com, and then select Login.
2. On the Login page, select Self Signup.
3. On the Create a New Account page, enter your First name, Last name, and work Email address.
   Personal and Third-Party Email Addresses Not Accepted

   Enter your work email address when you set up your account. Third-party and personal email domains (such as gmail.com) are not accepted.
   
4. Select Register. The system displays a confirmation message and sends you an account activation email.
   Note

   Check your spam folder for the account activation email sent from [email protected].
   If you do not see the email within 15 minutes, please check with your IT staff to ensure you can receive emails from [email protected].
5. Open the email, and then select Activate your account. The Set Up Your Password page displays in a new browser window.
6. On the Set Up Your Password page, enter your password in both fields.
   Note

   Your password must meet all password requirements to continue. The system highlights each requirement that your password meets.
7. Select Set password. The Home page displays. Log in to begin using the Aerial Community.

Logging In to the Aerial Community

If you have an account on the refreshed Aerial Community, log in to access documentation, support, and release information.

To log in to the Aerial Community, complete the following steps:

1. Go to the Aerial Community homepage at success.medecision.com, and then select Login.
2. On the Login page, enter your email address and password.
3. To avoid entering your credentials each time you access the Aerial Community, select Remember me.
4. Select Login. The system logs you in to the Aerial Community.
